Portfolio: Furnished Rental - Before / After Photos below

This family inherited a condo in an exclusive retirement community. 
They wanted to keep the unit for both personal use and as a furnished rental. 
After we finished, it leased quickly for top rental rate, for the entire winter season. 

Stage 1:  Our team created an inventory of property contents, delivered personal bequests to heirs, removed remaining items and coordinated charitable donations.
 
Stage 2:   Efficiently completed needed repairs, new warm neutral paint, and thorough cleaning inside and out.  Using mostly existing dishes, furniture and a few new pieces, we added new artwork, light fixtures,  fresh linens, etc. to create a lovely fully furnished rental.
