Over 80 years of memories and collectibles had to be handled by a very busy Trustee.
This Trustee invested in cleaning and updating their inherited property, *resulting in a quick sale,
meaning more money for the heirs -- and a faster completion of the estate.

Stage 1: Our team created an inventory of property contents, delivered personal bequests to heirs,
coordinated an estate sale and charitable donations.

Stage 2: Efficiently completed many needed repairs; removed wallpaper and cleaned landscape.
New paint, tile, carpeting and cleaning inside and out. 'Light staging' finished the project for a quick sale.

Lots of clutter, yellow paint, carpet and wallpaper dated this house. Realtors advised, due to many
"as is" houses already on the market in this retirement community, this property may perhaps
have sold for a low price as a fixer-upper after months on the market.

New neutral color palette created an open, warmer home.  New tile in all walkways, dining room
and kitchen replaced carpet.  Inviting neutral carpeting in living room and bedrooms.  Updated fixtures.
